Had my first appt. at RFD today and was so impressed. Lovely lovely people, the most thorough exam I've ever had, and just a great atmosphere. Haven't even had a teeth cleaning or a dental procedure yet, but I'm sold just on the totally professional way they do their intake.

Moved back to NJ 2.5 years ago after twenty years in TX and bounced around a couple dentists before landing happily at Ridge Family Dentistry. Every one I’ve interacted with is on point- every hygienist has done a great job with X-rays and cleanings (something I usually hate). Appts and scheduling are efficiently managed also. 5 ⭐️

I was disappointed with my recent cleaning. The hygienist was friendly, but the cleaning itself felt incomplete. I expected to see some tartar removal, but I couldn’t tell that anything had been removed. A professional cleaning should leave my teeth feeling noticeably cleaner than what I can achieve at home. I hope for a more thorough experience next time.This keeps it direct and professional while maintaining a fair tone. Let me know if you’d like any further adjustments!
